High Pressure Testing

Whilst MassTech International’s pressure testing is conducted at low pressures to comply with regulations affecting tank safety, there are circumstances under which much higher pressures can and should be used.  Examples might include the testing of refrigeration systems during the commissioning of a new supermarket or the routine testing of LPG tanks. The MassTech range of sensors goes up to 50bar (750psi).

The same caution, which is applied at low pressure, though needs to be exercised – constant pressure is not a valid criterion for declaring a line or tank tight.  We use a proprietary system of environmental compensation for our pressure tests, certified to US EPA protocols and automatic recording of all test data to provide the required dependability of results
